How do I submit an event to the online calendar?
Exhibition, opening and other event listings in our online calendar can be submitted via our interactive Calendar form. Please note that all submitted listings must be reviewed and approved by staff prior to posting.
How do I submit to the Agenda section of the magazine?
Send a brief description of exhibitions upcoming and on view, as well as a selection of images (TIFF or JPG, 300 dpi, approximately 5 inches high) including artist names, titles and dates to firstname.lastname@example.org. Agenda submission deadlines are June 26 for the Fall 2013 issue and September 20 for the Winter 2013/2014 issue.

Send a brief description of your proposed article or review to Richard Rhodes, Editor, at email@example.com. Editorial submission deadlines for the magazine are June 1 for the Fall 2013 issue and September 1 for the Winter 2013/2014 issue; editorial submission deadlines for the website are ongoing.
